Design Speed: 80m/minute Effective width: 1400mm. Corrugated roller:280mm Drive reducer box with oil immersed type lubricating to reduce noise while the machine is in operation. Corrugating roller, pressure roller and glue rollers are adjusted pneumatically. 2 ply board flow adopts vacuum suction method. Bearings of corrugated and pressure rollers are provided with high temperature lubricating grease. Glue is circulated and supplied to the single facer homogeneous consistent viscosity. The corrugating roller set is made of 52CrMo high quality alloy steel. The hardness is HRC 58 - 60, The glue roller surface is specially made to retain required glue and chrome plated. |
